The duplex Apartment Ecrin Blanc 105 is a lovely four-bedroom duplex property that sleeps seven people, built to the finest standards and elegantly adorned throughout.

Megève‘s great gastronomic choices, the lovely historic old town, and the wide slopes are all easily accessible from the property. The apartment is in an ideal location, just a 3-minute walk from the resort’s heart and a 5-minute walk from the Chamois ski lift.

The lovely open plan living and dining space welcomes you to Apartment Ecrin Blanc 105, where double-height ceilings panelled in rich wood provide an outstanding and elegant impact. This warm and communal area is decorated in elegant cream and matte black tones, with furnishings focused around the statement modern fireplace. It is ideal for lounging or partying. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and sliding doors open out onto the balcony, which offers panoramic views of the hamlet and the mountains beyond. The furniture is ultra-modern and trendy, and the design is complemented with luxurious materials and sensitive lighting. A big flat-screen TV is elegantly integrated into the chimney breast, allowing you to cosy up in front of a movie with your loved ones after dinner.

The fireplace divides the dining area from the living room, and the dining table seats eight people in magnificent chairs, with gorgeous lighting above setting the tone for great dinners enjoyed with friends and family. The fully-equipped kitchen, which is next to the living and dining areas and separated by a wide island, is finished in light wood and is the ideal spot to prepare your favourite dishes during your stay. The entire living floor is big and suited for entertainment.

The four bedrooms all have neutral basic design but are completed to the finest of standards, giving the space a luxury and contemporary vibe. The living level has one of the double bedrooms and the master bedroom, both of which have TVs and lots of storage space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the double room has an en-suite shower room. A third double bedroom and a single bedroom are located on the upper level, each with their own en-suite shower room and TV.

The building has a common ski room in the residence. Please keep in mind that parking is available off-site, with one assigned space per apartment.
