Chalet Le Ti is the greatest example of a classic alpine residence, intricately crafted and incorporating original timbers, exquisite textiles, and chosen antiques from the owner's travels.
The Verbier chalet is well placed on Chemin de Clambin, a short distance from the major Médran and Savoleyres lift stations, as well as a short walk from the town centre. A fantastic base for families or groups of friends wishing to explore everything that Verbier has to offer.
The chalet has three bedrooms and a mezzanine with two single beds that can accommodate up to eight people. Alpine accents, rich fabrics, and rustic furnishings flow throughout the chalet, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Highlights include the hanging chandelier in the sitting room from the owner's Moroccan trips and the George II wood and parcel-gilt mirror that hangs in the entryway, elegantly situated next to the 18th century George II oak chest.
The open plan dining and living space is located on the first level of the chalet. The natural stone fireplace is surrounded by sumptuous couches, and the enormous rustic dining table easily seats eight people. Step out onto the sun-drenched south-facing terrace during the day to take in the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
In the evening, have a glass of champagne in front of the roaring fire before sitting down to experience the finest food in the exquisite dining room. On this floor, there is also a guest restroom.
A beautiful garden and patio area surrounds the chalet, complete with a private outdoor hot tub and contemporary seats.
The primary bedroom space is on the ground floor. The main bedroom features a fixed king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath, shower, and his and her sinks. There is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a fantastic quad bunk room with an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom area is on the mezzanine level of the chalet's top floor, with two single beds and a private shower facility on the ground floor.
The bottom level also houses the entertainment area, which has a pool table, a bar, and a flat-screen TV. It's the ideal location to unwind after dinner, with retro leather seats and cosy sofas. The entire chalet is connected with a Crestron entertainment system.
The lower level is separated from the garage by a wine cellar, ski room with boot warmers, and laundry area.
The chalet is ideal for bigger groups of friends or families, and it may be combined with Chalet Bella Coola to form the Bella Coola Estate, which sleeps up to 19 people in total. The chalets are linked via the subterranean garage or the grounds.
