Casa Leopardo

Crafted by Swiss architect Ernst E. Anderegg, Casa Leopardo has been transformed into a chic modern architecture property surrounded by nature. The property is situated in the village of Maloja, on Lake Sil, the largest and potentially most scenic of the Upper Engadin lakes. Maloja is the starting point for a variety of trails, including the popular Engadin Skimarathon. The ski lift at Piz Aela carries skiers to the Maloja ski area at 2,000 m, while the center of St. Moritz is about 15 minutes away by vehicle.

Spread over three floors and covering 300m2, Casa Leopardo consists of the main house with four double bedrooms and an adjacent apartment with a further double bedroom. The apartment is closely connected to the main building but has its own outside entry. The welcoming corridor on the ground floor leads into a wide-open plan kitchen with a breakfast table and a bar. Upstairs on the first floor is a luxurious lounge room with fireplace, bar and a chic dining area. Floor-to – ceiling windows offer a key to the spectacular mountain views that are best enjoyed from the terrace.

Casa Leopardo can hold 10 adults and two children in five double bedrooms. There is a double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor and a second double bedroom with a bathroom next door. Upstairs, there is a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second master suite with a balcony, a walk-in closet, a small library and a bathroom.

The apartment has a small living room that can be transformed into a second bedroom, a dining area with a fully fitted kitchenette and a separate bedroom and bathroom. There are four outdoor parking areas, a laundry room and a ski room.
