Located in Mont d'Arbois, the renowned resort district of Megève, the Chalet Rock and Stars welcome you to a calm atmosphere and a real mountain experience. With a fantastic venue, only a few minutes drive from the resort centre but yet in an intimate and isolated setting, this chalet guarantees a perfect ski getaway. Combining two different chalets, the chalet welcomes up to 16 adults and 3 children with.
The 1st Chalet is a 640sqm property capable of accommodating 10 guests with its 5 double bedrooms and is linked to the 2nd Chalet via the garage area. The property includes a relaxing room with a sauna, a hammam, a tub, a Jacuzzi and a mobile pool-the floor disappears and the water rises. There is a glass exercise space with a view of the pool and a ski space with a heated boot heater, a cinema room, a pub and a wine cellar. There's an internal elevator on all levels. Chalet has two separate floor living areas with access to the terrace plus four double en-suite bedrooms and dressing spaces. There's even a big master bedroom on the first floor.
The 2nd Chalet is the smallest of two chalets with a surface area of 255sqm and can accommodate 6 adults and 3 children in four en-suite bedrooms. The chalet also has its own ski room with heated boot heaters and a cloakroom space. There are two en-suite bathrooms, one with access to the terrace and the third bedroom is a family suite with a double bed and a children's room with two bunk beds and a single cabin bed. The main entry level is on the first floor and welcomes visitors to a bright living room with a central stone fireplace and wide bay windows. There is a kitchen and dining room, and the terrace has spectacular views of the mountains and the cross-country paths.
Prices are focused on the sole use of the property on a self-catering basis with regular housekeeping.
