Chalet Whymper

Chalet Whymper’s position is ideal, since it is only a 10-minute walk from the resort center of Megève and 100 meters from the Rochebrune slopes. This spectacular four-levels apartment offers vast open-plan living with exquisite furniture, light fixtures, and materials throughout.

The primary living area is on the first level. The open-plan space is elegantly designed and boasts picture windows that flood the room with natural light. A fireplace separates the warm living room, which leads onto a balcony, from the chic dining room, which is furnished with fake fur throws and has a stunning lighting installation hung over the table. There is also a well-equipped contemporary kitchen where meals may be prepared. Chalet Whymper can sleep 10 adults and 2 children in six large bedrooms.

The beautiful master suite is located on the top floor and features a free-standing bathtub in the bedroom, a walk-in dressing area, and an en-suite shower room. On this floor, there is also an office, which is useful if you need to check e-mails while you are gone. On the ground level, there are four more double bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps two youngsters. Three of the bedrooms feature en-suite shower facilities, while the other two share a bathroom.

After a day of seeing the charming village of Megève, the pleasant spa area of Chalet Whymper will be a welcome sight. There is a leisure room with day beds, an indoor pool, and a sauna here. There is a modest workout room if you still have energy to burn. A garage, laundry room, and ski room are also available.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet, on a self-catered basis with daily cleaning.
