Three bedrooms and a spacious living area span a sleek, flowing floor, making Villa Bastide open and convenient. The spacious living room, with its wraparound sofas, slides into an open dining area with a table that easily seats six and an open-plan kitchen outside. Virtually the entire expanse has glass-door walls that can be opened so that you and your visitors can travel seamlessly between the interior and the expansive deck.
This deck consists of two discreet sections, a screened area with another couch-filled living area, a barbecue, a dining table and a bar with stools and a refrigerator and a wine refrigerator, and a sunny area that is home to a sunbathing pool and sunbeds, and is lined with glass so as not to disturb the shimmering sea views. The entire indoor room is air-conditioned when the window panels are closed.
There's no bad space in the villa. All three of the bedrooms have sea views, sleek platform beds, en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of light and space. The master bedroom is located on one side of the communal living area and contains a small office area and an outdoor pool. It can be attached to a smaller bedroom.
The third bedroom is on the other side of the main room, which also has an outdoor bathroom. Each of them has a wall built entirely of glass and a door that provides easy entry to the pool terrace.
