Villa Ca Na Xamena is a modern minimalist villa with stunning views. One of the most spectacular properties on the north / west coast of Na Xamena. This initial minimalist villa enjoys a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the most breathtaking sunsets.
The villa is 730m2 and consists of eight wide bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (the 8th bedroom has no windows) and two main living rooms. The living rooms have very high ceilings, providing a very great atmosphere.
There is a large living space on the ground floor, with two living rooms, a dining area and a small kitchen. There are two master bedrooms on the main floor, each with en-suite bathrooms, 200x200 cm beds and spectacular sea views. The staircase from one of the living rooms leads to the top bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom has a bed of 160x200 cm and an en-suite toilet. There are three very comfortable bedrooms with access from the pool area. They all have en-suite bathrooms, 180x200 cm beds and spectacular sea views. Access to the last two bedrooms is near the entrance to the villa. One of them has an en-suite toilet, a bed of 200x200 cm and sea views. The other (8th bedroom) has a bed measuring 160x200 cm, an en-suite toilet, but no sea view since there are no windows.
Half of the villa is the first line of the water, and on the left side of the property, there is just one villa in front, which can be seen from the edge of the terrace.
The pool is 14x7 m and there are a lot of decks and terraces.
