The Chalet du Crêt is an elegant refuge in
Val d'Isère. Formerly a cheese farm owned by local monks, the chalet dates back to 1632. Any of the original features of the chalet have been lovingly restored, including the charming chapel nestled in the garden: Ancient stone and rustic wood combine seamlessly with works of contemporary art, merging to create one of Val d'Isère's real gems.
Lovingly renovated a few years ago, all the bedrooms have an exquisite and contemporary theme for your full convenience. The lounge area and TV rooms have also been redesigned to add more elegance and comfort. The children's TV den, featuring grass floors and climbing walls, offers the perfect hideaway for children during the evenings, enabling them to burn some excess steam until bedtime.
The living room is spacious and cosy, with a double ceiling and a mezzanine above it. At one end there is an open grill, in the middle there is a cosy seating area and a grill, and next to the kitchen there is a dining table with room for twelve guests. The exposed beams, the stonework, and the brushed wall panels create an alpine theme for your visit.
The cottage sleeps twelve guests in six spacious en-suite bedrooms. The rooms can all be made up of super-king doubles or twins to provide versatility to various classes. All rooms are of comparable size and quality, with minor variations in the new décor to give each room its own character.
The chalet's facilities offer every luxury, so when you head back to the chalet after a day on the hill or after exploring the boutiques of Val d'Isère, the large outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam bath are the perfect tonic. A range of sledges and games would also provide children with limitless fun.
Prices are based on a self-catered service with daily cleaning.
