Nidus Apartment 3 is an elegant and spacious five-bedroom apartment located in the Nidus Residence. Located in the heart of charming Lech, near to the lift stations. It's the ideal base for a family or a group of friends who want to relax and unwind in style after a long day on the slopes.
Set on one floor, the apartment sleeps up to ten people in five bedrooms. The state-of-the-art architecture and state-of-the-art modern conveniences combine chic furnishings and natural Alpine woods to create a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere.
Check the snow conditions from the comfort of the master suite, which overlooks the spectacular snow-covered mountains and has access to the south-west terrace. The master also has an en-suite bathroom, a separate shower and a private sauna.
Two more bedrooms can be made up of twins or doubles and have the same stylish attention to detail seen in the house. Each one is individually finished with a quiet colour scheme and is fitted with the latest plasma screen TV and a lock. They both share a spacious private bathroom with a tub.
Moving across the generous corridor on the other side of the apartment is another bedroom that can also be made up of a twin or a double bedroom. It boasts access to wide south-facing terrace that absorbs the sun and is the ideal place for a morning coffee overlooking the mountains. It has a private shower room with a children's bunk room.
You'll find an open plan living and dining room in the heart of the apartment. The great dining area is quick for anyone to sit down. The other half of the room is filled with big, inviting sofas, perfect for relaxing and curling in the modern fireplace. Every window in the living room frames the breathtaking view of Lech. Great for seeing the sun fall in the mountains and spending the winter evenings with friends or relatives.
Guests have access to a fabulous shared ski room with the heated boot warmers.
When completely catered, your chef will prepare your evening meals in the professionally built kitchen of the Nidus Residence, and your devoted host will serve you in the privacy of your own apartment.
The apartment can be rented on exclusive use by up to 10 guests, including full gourmet catering, chosen complimentary drinks, on-site driver service and complimentary ski instruction for the first two days of your stay.
