Villa Lopez is part of one of the biggest residential properties on Mykonos. It is situated on an elevated and rugged cape between the beaches of Elia, Agrari, and Super Paradise. The estate has unending views to the south, displaying a panorama of islands like Donoussa, Naxos, Paros, Antiparos, and Ios.
A sweeping driveway and dramatic entry rotunda, a secluded heliport, a cozy firepit, and a secondary entrance and access road are among the beautifully landscaped grounds. The property is comprised of a central house known as the Playhouse, which houses the pool, the main communal areas, and a private cinema. Built as a satellite on which a master suite is located, a traditional Mykonian house provides a further four suites with dramatic views.
All of the balcony doors in the master suite can be opened from the inside and outside, making for a great flow in the room. After parking your car at the entrance pergola, enter the living room with a wood-burning fireplace through the main balcony door. A guest WC, as well as a modern pantry and bar counter, are located to the right. The double bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the left.
The remaining suites are located a short distance away in a traditional Mykonian building with scenic views. Suite 1 is located on the first floor and features a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A second single bedroom with a dedicated toilet and walk-in wardrobe is three levels up. The suite sleeps three people and has a narrow patio with a breakfast bar. Suite 2 features a spacious double bedroom with bookcases and a desk, as well as an impressive bathroom with twin vanities and toilets, a marble shower and WC stalls, and a large bath tube to the right up three stairs. There is also a wide terrace for sunbathing and a dining table that sleeps two people. Suites 3 and 4 are located next to Suites 1 and 2. You enter from a courtyard that Suites 1 and 2 will share, complete with a lovely dining area and icemaker.
Suites 3 and 4 are entered from a lounge room with a sofa and bar, as well as a full pantry with a hob food warming drawer and a half refrigerator. Suite 3 is on the left and has a sunny double bedroom with a spacious bathroom, while Suite 4 is on the right and has a roomy walk-in closet space as well as a shower. There is also a charming gatehouse with another double bedroom, a large desk, and a laptop with a 32-inch laptop, as well as a toilet. This comes at an additional expense. This structure houses the estate's specialist kitchen, which can prepare meals for up to 120 people.
