Chalet Feuillu is a magnificent three-bedroom chalet that was recently built. It is perfectly located in the middle of the resort of Verbier, near to all services and ski lifts. You enter the chalet on the ground level, where there is a ski room with enough of storage for your skis and boots. On this floor, there is also a separate washing room and a spacious garage. Stairs take you to the first level, where you'll find the open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. After dinner, the enormous solid wood dining table can be flipped to convert into a full-size pool table, which is a terrific feature that is sure to excite visitors. There is access to a large balcony and additional outside seating from the dining and living spaces, with views across the hamlet and to the mountains beyond. The living area includes an open stone fireplace, which is great for relaxing with a drink of wine. With a Sonos system and a very large flat screen TV, it's the ideal place to unwind after a day on the slopes. The kitchen, which opens into the dining room and is ideal for entertaining, is ultra modern and well-equipped. A convenient guest toilet is nestled away in the corner, accessible from the main entrance hall on this level. Heading upstairs, you'll discover three big and comfortable double bedrooms, each with a magnificent en-suite. The main bedroom includes access to a private south-facing terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The other two double bedrooms share a south-facing balcony, which is ideal for a morning coffee, and have their own generously sized en-suite shower facilities. If required, one of these doubles may also be constructed as a twin. Chalet Feuillu is only a 3-minute walk from Place Centrale and a 10-minute walk from Médran, giving it a perfect location for both skiers and non-skiers. Prices are based on a self-catered basis with cleaning service. This property will be quoted and charged in Swiss Francs.
