Snow permitting, this beautiful free-standing Chalet Tesseln has ski-in/ski-out (with around 100m of off-piste skiing), which is unusual in Verbier.
The chalet is bright and roomy, with beautiful views, and is located in a very secluded and desirable area. Chalet Tesseln is spread across four levels and accommodates 8+4 people in five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
The first level has the main living room, dining area, kitchen, and a guest bathroom. A terrace with a bright grill area and an outside eating space is accessible from the dining room, and a big balcony wraps around the front of the home, ideal for basking in the winter sun.
The open plan living room is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Sink into the cosy sofa in front of the gorgeous stone fireplace and have a drink of champagne before supper is served in the stylish dining room, which seats 10.
The large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom takes up the full top level and features its own private terrace and fireplace.
The ground floor has four more bedrooms: a large children's bunk room that sleeps four and has an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace, another children's bunk room with an en-suite bathroom and access to the front garden; and two twin/double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and garden access.
Enjoy a post-ski soak in the lovely hammam or an after-dinner movie in the television lounge, both on the lower ground level.
This level also has staff accommodations, which include a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a small kitchenette, ideal for a nanny or private staff member.
