Formerly a French farmhouse established in 1833, the property has been meticulously converted into a modern luxury chalet perfect for your next luxury ski vacation in Chamonix.
The large Chalet Norel, spanning two levels and 350m², is ideal for medium-sized parties. The first level features a vast open-plan concept with soaring vaulted ceilings.
A huge room with a central 360° fireplace is separated from the rest of the open area by a sunken split-level floor and has sophisticated luxury couches, soft beanbags and blankets, and beautiful alpine elements. There are 12 seats at the long dining table, which can accommodate all chalet visitors, while the rear of the room is filled by a massive contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with all modern equipment and enough of cooking space both at the counters and on the large central island. The open-plan floor is bathed in natural light from a number of skylights, and one end of the room boasts huge picture windows that lead onto a broad balcony with spectacular views of the Chamonix valley.
The breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc range may be enhanced by the bubbling warmth of the outdoor Jacuzzi, a seven-seater hot tub located on the ground floor terrace in front of the chalet. Chalet Norel also has a spa area with a sauna and a steam room, which are ideal for resting your sore legs after skiing back to the chalet down the tough World Cup Kandahar route.
Above the first-floor living rooms, there is a bright and cosy mezzanine TV lounge with soft floor seats.
The luxury Chalet Norel will sleep up to 12 guests in total, spread across five stylish bedrooms. There are four double bedrooms, all of which can also be taken as twin and a quad bunk room sleeping four guest with adult-sized bunk beds. The bunk room and one of the ground floor bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms all have private en-suite facilities.
A ski and boot room on the ground floor of Chalet Norel is on hand to store all your winter sports equipment.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests, which includes full gourmet cooking, an open bar and daily housekeeping.
The chalet is also available on a self-catering basis, with housekeeping every other day.
