Casa Verano has been meticulously refurbished and is now a wonderfully magnificent and pleasant house. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy open-plan living area that smoothly combines natural texture and stylish furniture. To one end, high ceilings and huge, framed windows offer a welcoming sitting area next to a winter fireplace. On the opposite side, an oval dining table and a big kitchen complete the communal atmosphere. Rich warm hues, elaborately crafted woodwork, and allusions to Moroccan culture are used throughout the home to provide a sense of vibrancy and cosiness.
Outside, the property provides excellent opportunities to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and fascinating surroundings. The grounds' lush green vegetation creates a private sense, while over 200m² of terrace space offers relaxing places. The terrace is the ideal relaxation zone, complete with comfortable couch seats, lazy recliners, and a large wooden table for outdoor dining. Casa Verano can accommodate up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms. All rooms are doubles and include an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has a nice modern design with a hint of traditional Moroccan flavour, creating a relaxing environment for a good night's relaxation. The fourth bedroom is housed in a separate annexe for extended family members who require more seclusion from the rest of the group.
Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, as well as an indoor and outdoor sound system. The property has its own security gate and laundry facilities.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 8 people and are available on a self-catering basis with daily housekeeping service.
