Boasting a prime position, the apartment is nestled on the valley's incline, commanding magnificent views across the Morzine valley. Accommodating up to six adults and two children for a maximum of eight guests and featuring an outdoor hot tub, it promises to delight everyone during your premium family skiing holiday to Morzine.
Upon entering Apartment Le Tournesol, you'll discover an inviting, generous open-plan living space, decorated with gentle wooden elements and comfortable furnishings. This creates an ideal environment for your group to relax after an exhausting day on the slopes. The space incorporates a substantial reclaimed wooden dining table, alongside the open-plan fitted kitchen that extends along one side of the living area. With expansive bay windows above, it presents spectacular valley views, creating the ideal setting for your group's cooking enthusiast to showcase their culinary skills.
The living area opens onto one of Apartment Le Tournesol's two terraces. This westward-facing terrace overlooks the Retour Des Nants piste and includes an outdoor dining table, a lounging area, and a hot tub. The second terrace extends eastward from the apartment's far corner and features another seating arrangement gathered around a compact gas firepit, perfect for evening drinks while admiring the views over Morzine.
The four bedrooms in Apartment Le Tournesol embrace a classic alpine design with wooden-clad walls and luxurious, comfortable beds. All bedrooms branch off from the main hallway, with the master double bedroom positioned at the furthest end, offering direct access to the east terrace and featuring an en-suite bathroom. Two additional double bedrooms include en-suite shower rooms, one of which has dual access from the hallway and serves the children's bunk room located further along the corridor. For versatility, all double beds can be arranged as twins to suit various sleeping preferences.
For practicality, guests at Apartment Le Tournesol have access to a private garage accommodating one vehicle, complete with boot warmers and ski storage space. The apartment includes a laundry cupboard with washing facilities.
For bigger parties, Apartment Le Tournesol can be combined with Chalet Joy located adjacent, which accommodates up to 12 guests, enabling groups of up to 20 to stay in close proximity.
