A gorgeous, freshly built four-bedroom home that sleeps up to six people and four children. Chalet Foulon is a stunning three-story chalet located in the rustic Verbier village region, where ancient farmhouses line the edge of the sun-drenched plateau.
The views from here are, unsurprisingly, breathtaking, stretching far across the steep valley. Guests may enjoy this serene setting while still being a short distance from the resort's centre - a 10-minute walk from Place Centrale and a 4-minute drive to the ski lifts.
The chalet is entered on the first level, where the entrance hallway leads to the exquisite open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room. This contemporary area features a relaxing neutral colour tone with splashes of colour from artwork on the walls. The dark-toned, statement wood-burning fireplace creates a stark contrast with the light wood interior.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and allow you to take in the breathtaking views from every aspect, while sliding doors lead out to the huge balcony with an outdoor table. The village below is illuminated at night, giving it a lovely atmosphere.
Elegant dinners may be shared with friends and family around the 10-seater dining table, while the roaring fire keeps you warm and the open kitchen allows for pleasant nights entertaining friends or family. This floor also has a guest toilet and access to the garage.
The spectacular spa is located on the bottom level, where the indoor/outdoor swimming pool provides the true 'wow factor,' where you may retire for some rest and regeneration after a day on the slopes. The chalet also has an outdoor hot tub that overlooks the broad and breathtaking mountainscape.
This level also has a home theatre with a huge screen and soft couches where you can hunker down with popcorn and hot cocoa in front of your favourite family movie. The adjacent ski and boot room is equipped with boot warmers and adequate ski storage space, as well as a convenient washing area.
Across the hall are two exquisitely decorated en-suite bedrooms, one of which may be arranged as a twin/double and the other as a fixed double. With huge windows, abundant storage, workstations, and stylish light fixtures, these rooms offer a refuge for leisure and will guarantee you are well-rested for active days touring the mountain. The other bedroom on this floor is a quad bunk room with pleasant alpine designs and fabrics, perfect for kids.
The master bedroom takes up the whole top floor and has a dressing room, private terrace, and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks and a separate shower. Elegant décor and fashionable accents, such as matte black bathroom fixtures, provide a cool and peaceful ambiance, while sunshine flooding in from all directions softens the modern design's edges.
