Apartment Le Stan is a triplex apartment located in the heart of Courchevel 1850. It is only steps from the slopes, ideal for people who want to combine skiing with the comfort of a warm and welcoming retreat.

Apartment Le Stan is spread across three levels and served by an elevator. It can easily sleep 8 people owing to its four double bedrooms spread throughout the first and second levels. The living room sits on the top floor, beneath the spectacular roof structure. It has a dining area with an open kitchen, a TV room with a wood stove and two balconies with resort views. Le Stan, which was recently refurbished, has a modern vibe while keeping the native resources – wood, wool – that create a friendly ambiance.

Le Stan, located in the middle of Courchevel, is a great starting point for accessing all of the resort’s activities, shops, restaurants, and relaxing areas. It is also convenient to the Croisette snow front. It will allow expert skiers to explore the 3 Valleys, the vast ski region that connects the valleys of Courchevel, Meribel, and Val Thorens.

The apartment is to be rented on a self-catered basis with final cleaning.
