The elegant Bühlhof Penthouse, a beautiful addition to Lech's luxurious portfolio, has just undergone a complete renovation and completed to the highest standards. In six en-suite bedrooms, this spacious, well-designed space can accommodate up to twelve guests, making it both functional and decadent. It is the perfect solution for a large group of friends and family in what is perhaps the most romantic ski resort in the world.
Spread over two floors, the most discerning guest will be seduced by this lovely apartment. Rich woods, ambient lighting, and neutral tones were carefully combined to create a comfortable and relaxing room.
The house from the outside upholds Lech's quaint architecture. Inside, the style is warm and inviting yet sleek. A lift can take you to the first floor from the reception area on the ground floor, the primary sleeping floor that also has wellness facilities. Continuing from here, you will enter the corridor that leads to three bedrooms and a bedroom at the top and bottom end.
Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities with either bath or shower rooms, and all take full advantage of the spectacular outdoor mountain panorama with access to the terrace. Four of these rooms are set up as doubles and one is set up as a twin suite.
You can walk into the wellness area on the other side of the door, including a sauna, a relaxing area with loungers and a small gym. Step out onto the terrace and find the outdoor / indoor hot tub, the perfect place to soak your legs and enjoy the beautiful mountain views of Lech. There is a guest bathroom next to the staircase leading up to the top floor.
You enter the open plan kitchen and bar area from the central stairwell (you can also take the lift that takes you to the kitchen). The kitchen is a conventional space, fully equipped with ample paraphernalia for a large group, thoughtfully designed to be the hub of the property. Between the kitchen and the dining area is a chic bar, seating up to six guests. It's a perfect place to get together with a glass of wine and share your story of the day.
The dining area is enhanced by a warm central fireplace between the bar and the dining room, flanked by a few deep-seated armchairs, ideal for settling in. A large dining table, which can accommodate up to 12 guests, fosters comfortable, unrushed dinners. From this room, a wide terrace leads off.
You enter the stylish living area through an open entrance to the left of the fireplace, which provides comfortable seating for everyone on an elegant U-shaped sofa. Adjacent to the living room is a TV room that can be closed with a sliding door. This social space offers plenty of relaxation opportunities for the entire group.
On this floor, on the other side of the dining area, the last of the six bedrooms has its own access to the terrace. This double room is fitted with an en-suite bathroom, a private toilet and sinks for both him and her.
The apartment is fitted with laundry facilities and a ski room. The lower ground floor has also a professional kitchen.
