    Cala 201

    Cala 201 is a beautiful four-bedroom apartment in the very famous Val d'Isère neighborhood of La Legettaz. It is part of a fantastic new creation that overlooks the piste of La Face de Bellevarde. The closest ski lifts are only a short walk away, and you can ski within meters of the chalet. Recently completed and ready for the 2019/20 season, this is a perfect chalet in one of the world's most luxurious ski resorts for a family or a group of friends enjoying the comfort and luxury vacations. The comfortable and welcoming open plan living and dining room is a refined and elegant social space. It is decorated in a largely neutral palette, rich woods and textured texture, enhanced by carefully chosen artworks that color the room. There is a spacious kitchen with all essential elements and adequate storage space to ensure a clutter-free area, up to ten guests will sit on a large dining table. This is the place to share lengthy, quiet meals with friends and family in a luxurious yet realistic manner. The emphasis of the living area is around a central chimney that offers a warm and comfortable environment. A space for up to eight guests is created by the large L-shaped sofa and several armchairs. In neutral grays and natural colours, the living area has been accentuated by blues in order to offer a comfortable and contemporary environment. Windows from the ground to the ceiling surround the world-famous piste of La Face. The floor downstairs hosts four trendy and beautifully designed bedrooms. The sumptuous master bedroom is a peaceful place to rest and admire picturesque mountain views. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a roll-top bath with a separate accessible shower via Crittal-style doors. This space has access to a patio to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The second bedroom on this floor has a terrace and an en-suite shower room. The beautiful quad-bunk space across the corridor with a comfortable TV snug in which little ones will sit down and watch a DVD at the end of the day. The corridor includes a separate shower room and a single WC, which is shared between the quadruple room and the doubles. At the end of the corridor is the last bedroom on this level, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub. A utility room with private washing facilities is also available in the chalet. There are also two battery charging points enclosed in the car park. The apartment can be rented on an accommodation basis or with self-catered service.
