A plush green velvet sofa overlooks the living room, the ideal place to relax at the end of the day, featuring stunning alpine views from floor to ceiling windows.
The village of Lech lies in the foreground, beautifully illuminated by night, with a breathtaking mountain landscape as a backdrop. Wonderful light is streaming into the room throughout the day, and visitors will step out onto the terrace to enjoy the sunlight in the warmer spring months. There is a wood-burning stove in the corner of the living room, which completes the scenery for ideal post-ski relaxation.
The dining room is next to the living space. The dining table is convenient for 8 guests. Overlooking this space, there is a sleek and modern kitchen, fitted with all the necessities for preparing food and offering plenty of storage space.
The upper floor is also home to the master en-suite bedroom, a luxurious room with a stand-alone bath in the centre of the room as well as a generous shower and sink. There is a single bathroom, which can be reached from both the bedroom and the hallway.
Going down one floor, you can find three spacious double bedrooms, each with a special style twist. All three bedrooms are en-suite with shower rooms, but one of them also has a spa. The other two bedrooms have access to a balcony. All three of them have mounted TVs and large cupboards.
There are two more bedrooms on the lower floor, a television room and a sumptuous spa area. One bedroom is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dual shower. Also, this room has a TV and ample storage space. The final bedroom is a quad bedroom. Next door is a dedicated shower space. A spacious media space with a luxurious L-shaped couch and a big screen TV, as well as a refrigerator, makes it a perfect spot for the ski-weary kids to retire at the end of the day or for the entire family to spend some film time.
There's finally a lovely spa area, a wonderful highlight of this spectacular property. Boasting a sauna and a hammam, as well as a relaxation area, this zen space is the answer for tired muscles or simply for those who want to rejuvenate body and mind. Or the guests will drive themselves harder with a workout in the shared gym or with any distances in the shared pool situated in the basement of the house.
