Located at the beginning of the Vallée de la Manche, Chalet Aubois is only a two-minute drive from the middle of Morzine and a one-minute drive from the Nyon ski lift. There are two regular bus lines on the road below the chalet, providing access to all the ski lifts in the resort. The village of Morzine is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the chalet.
Set on three levels, the chalet overlooks the Morzine gorge, providing stunning views of the Pleney and Nyon mountains. The spacious open plan living and dining room is situated on the second floor of the chalet. Two lounge rooms, a log fireplace and a big Screen allow for a great spot to chill after a day on the slopes. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a large terrace for al-fresco dining in fine weather.
The first floor of the chalet is home to a movie theatre with a DVD library and console games.
There is a SONOS sound system and an iPad preset with different playlists in the chalet. GoPros are also given so that you can record your exploits in the mountains and check them at the end of the day. There is a huge hot tub on the terrace; the perfect place to steam up when admiring the breathtaking views. A wide parking area has space for four cars, and there are a stable garage and a ski room with a heated boot and a glove radiator.
Chalet Aubois will hold 10 adults and two children in five bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the home cinema. Both bedrooms can be equipped as twins or king-size doubles. The master suite has French windows opening onto a wide balcony. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite toilets, while the other two have a big bathroom and a shower area.
The rates are based on the exclusive use of the apartment with a self-catering service. No travel is included.
