Chalet Binna is conveniently situated only a five-minute walk from the Matterhorn Express ride of Zermatt. Skiing back to within 100 meters of the chalet is possible for much of the season. The village center is a 15-minute walk away or a short ride on an electric taxi or a local bus.Â
You enter the chalet on the top floor before either going down the stairs or taking the elevator to the large living room and dining area. Picture windows offer a view of the mountains and doors open onto a balcony with a view of the majestic Matterhorn. The living room is nice and spacious with a fireplace and comfortable sofas. The TV corner is the perfect spot to relax after a tiring day on the slopes. There is a professionally fitted kitchen, outside the dining room.Â
The lower level of Chalet Binna is home to a wellness and relaxation area with sauna and shower facilities. The highlight, however, must be the outdoor hot tub on the terrace facing the Matterhorn. A ski room with a heated boot rack is located at the entrance level.Â
The chalet will hold six adults and three children in four bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom or shower room. Three of the rooms can be configured as twins or doubles, while the fourth is a children's room with three bunk beds.Â
