You will love Chalet Black Diamond, whether you are an accomplished skier or still learning. Set among the trees, this newly built charming chalet offers you a fresh, modern lookout for your traditional alpine chalet, right on the outskirts of the charm of the community of Le Praz, Chamonix.

Although the chalet has the traditional inclined roof, it has a stunning stainless-steel wall and huge windows–the first indication of the trendy modern presence in this mountain chalet. There’s an open-plan sun-shaded large room behind the overgrown windows, in which a wood-burning fireplace sings in the sitting area, and around the dining table, there will be room for 10 friends or family members. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, whilst you can choose for chef service.

Each of Chalet Black Diamond’s four bedrooms features a double bed as well as a private bathroom. Wood paneling, exposed beams, and arctic artwork render the dormitories look like cozy retreats in the snowy countryside. (One of the bedrooms can be set up with twin beds if desired.). Other facilities include an alfresco whirlpool and an indoor sauna, and a media room.

A short trip from the base of the Mont Blanc ski resort is just few minutes by car from the La Flégère ski lift. Take the short drive to central Chamonix for the splurge at the designer shop, for a dinner at a cozy place or for a night out in the area. Don’t hesitate if you are going to visit in the summer; the chalet overlooks the golf course in Chamonix which offers plenty of summer activities.
