Chalet Black Squirrel is a brand new, modern and cozy chalet in Chamonix. It is named after black red squirrels in the backyard, in a lovely and peaceful location. You have the 180 ° view of the Dru, the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc to the Flegere from the huge windows in the double-height living area.
The Black Squirrel chalet is set on 4 floors. Easily accessible, free, and dry from the underground tunnel in the garage. The parking space for 3 cars and bikes is protected and safe. The laundry room and the well-equipped ski rooms (heated boot warmers, clothing storage and drying cabinet) are also on this floor. It's quick as you lift up through the house to get your bags or shopping.
The next floor is the spa with the indoor pool with jet stream, the sauna and a cinema room. Yoga or spin lessons could be downloaded to your mirror TV and spin-cycle use. The stairs will lead you to the first floor with easy access to an outdoor hot tub situated in the backyard. The garden is also accessible from the three bedrooms that are located on this floor. The cinema room has a big screen and tablet that allows you to watch TV and capture the day events (Netflix, Sky news, etc). In all the living areas there is a sound system to download the playlists Spotify.
There are four en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor of the chalet. One double, two twin or double bedrooms and four single beds in the bunkroom. The fifth bedroom is on the second floor with a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood burner, a mezzanine/kids play area and access to the balcony.
This is a beautiful and comfortable chalet, suitable to spend some time in the mountains with your family or friends. There are plenty of rooms for lying down and reading a novel, watching a movie together, or playing in front of the sports. After a day out skiing or climbing, children love to hang out in the sun.
The chalet is to be rented on a self-catered basis with final cleaning at the end of your stay.
