Chalet Chouca is a friendly retreat for parties of up to 8 persons seeking a luxury ski vacation just outside of Chamonix. This lovely semi-detached chalet with vast, yet cosy furnishings spread across two floors, ideal for mingling with friends and family. There is also an outdoor hot tub, which is ideal for post-ski relaxation and recuperation!
Chalet Chouca's open living space, Nordic-inspired and modern in style, with Alpine hardwood components highlighted throughout, will welcome you back into a comfortable setting, complete with a glass wall showcasing amazing Mont Blanc views. The couch area is ideal for unwinding and taking in your surroundings while warming yourself next to the central fireplace. Alternatively, curl up with a nice book in the reading area towards the rear of this level.
In the evenings, a charming oak dining table provides ample space for the entire party to dine together, creating a beautiful environment for meals within the chalet angled to perfectly appreciate post-ski chats and the stunning mountain landscape outside. The spacious, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you or your private chef would need to cook delectable evening meals within the chalet. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools adjacent to the island that will offer you with the ideal start to your ski days.
On those warmer nights of your ski vacation, the terrace area of Chalet Chouca is well-equipped to completely appreciate brilliant mountain sunsets. Take a soak in the outdoor, deep hot tub, ideal for relaxing sore ski muscles in front of the most spectacular mountain scenery, with views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. The outside patio also has alfresco dining chairs, a BBQ, and loungers.
Chalet Chouca can accommodate parties of up to 8 people in its 4 comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms have been tastefully designed in relaxing, neutral tones that complement the exposed timber Alpine components that run throughout the luxurious interiors of the chalet. The main bedroom level is on the bottom floor and comprises of three lovely double en-suite bedrooms with common patio access. The last en-suite bedroom is on the top level, behind the living area.
Guests may take use of shared garage parking (1 space) as well as plenty of parking outdoors, which is shared with neighbors Chalet Kea and Chalet Rytola. These nearby chalets also share SPA amenities (sauna and shower) and an entertainment room with a cooking area. Depending on your group's needs, the entertainment room may be outfitted as a conference room, yoga/fitness room, or TV room.
Chalet Kea and Chalet Chouca, which sit side by side and can accommodate up to 16 people, can be merged for bigger parties. You may also add Chalet Rytola, which sleeps 8-11 people, or the entire hamlet to become Le Nid des Pecles, which sleeps up to 27 people. The big carport connects all of the chalets in the hamlet.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 people and are self-catering with mid-stay cleaning.
Full chalet food service is also available for daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and 6 evening dinners. Prices are based on 8 people; please inquire for prices for smaller groups.
On request, a driver service with a variety of service alternatives is also available.
