Chalet Four Twenty l’Elé is a marvel of architecture and design, converted from a conventional barn into a beautiful, contemporary alpine chalet. Floor-to-ceiling walls, industrial amenities and designer fixtures and accessories make this property a peaceful and luxurious place to spend your winter or summer vacation in Morzine.
This luxurious chalet is perfect for both families and multi-generational classes. There are two designated living quarters, each with its own open living space, a kitchen and a dining table.
You will enter the chalet on the first floor and will be greeted into the spacious living room, ideally placed to enjoy the view from the floor to the ceiling of the glass doors. Feel free to relax in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy the views of the garden and the Parc des Dérêches. The living room of the ground floor is also complete with a wood-burning stove and a private balcony.
Both kitchens are fully furnished with everything you need for your self-catering break, including a washer and dryer. Dining tables and kitchens are both accessible to their living rooms, making them a rather sociable environment.
From the main living room, an outdoor staircase takes you down to the backyard, where you can enjoy a hot tub overlooking the valley, getting just what you need after a long day of skiing.
You'll find 3 of the bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom overlooks the living room and has a huge king-size bed. The en-suite has a beautiful freestanding bath and a separate tub. In addition, the other two bedrooms are equipped with en-suite showers and can be fitted as twin or king-size beds.
The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and can be fitted as a king or twin, each with an en-suite toilet.
The extra-large sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if desired.
Four Twenty l'Ele can be separated into Chalet Bobb and Apartment Deux Chevaux for smaller groups When put together as Chalet Four Twenty l'Ele they are linked by an internal stairway.
You'll also find 4 car parking and ski room for extra convenience.
The rates are based on the exclusive use of the apartment with a self-catering service. No travel is included.
