Chalet Kintsugi is located in the center of the village of Megève, only few minutes from the Chamois ski lifts. It opens southerly into the large garden and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Its magnificent interior and spacious terraces, which are drenched in sunshine from morning to sunset, making it ideal for family and friend holidays in the French Alps.
The whole makeover, which is set to be completed in the autumn of 2023, will comfortably accommodate 8 people and 4 children. The garden level consists of two ensuite bedrooms and a dormitory with four bunk beds for children.
Upstairs, another ensuite bedroom and, facing an incredible lava stone fireplace, a wonderful living space with exposed beams that leads to a big granite terrace with outdoor seats.
The upper level is reserved for the homeowners, with about 65m2 of bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, living areas, and a huge balcony. The basement ensemble is completed with a play room with darts and a Play Station.
A spacious Zellige steam room on the ground floor bedrooms will be ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking.
The decoration's clean and sophisticated design highlights the beauty of natural raw materials such as lauze, pietra Patagonia, different stones in the baths, and the essences of walnut, oak, and ancient Alps wood.
Finally, high-quality modern furniture and artworks (Gubi, Tom Dixon, Riva 1920, Mooi, etc.) and soft textiles (Pierre Frey) complete this magnificent house.
