Chalet le Grenier is a beautiful chalet located in Méribel 1600, just 50 meters from the Morel chairlift and the Hulotte track. Arranged over five floors and benefiting from an elevator, this luxurious chalet is the epitome of alpine elegance and has been built to a very high level. At street level, the main entrance leads to a hallway overlooking the central living space, which has wide, triple-height windows and provides access to a well-equipped boot room with adjacent cloakroom. Above this floor is a gaming room with a snooker table and a 55 "TV-perfect as a teenage hangout or a relaxed place for younger family members. The main dining and lounge areas are extended over the entire breadth of the chalet, providing a truly breathtaking view. In addition, this level has a living room, a library/study, a wine shop, a Poggenpohl kitchen and a wide terrace area. Below are two floors with bedrooms and a single workers apartment. There is also a luxury spa centre on the lowest floor with a sauna, a sunken Jacuzzi, massage rooms and a tub. There is also a gym with state-of-the-art Technogym facilities. The main rooms in the property benefit from the illumination of atmosphere and the sound system of Sonos. Chalet le Grenier has two master bedrooms and four other versatile twin / double bedrooms. Both the bedrooms are comfortably equipped, well-appointed and all have an en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Five bedrooms have direct access to a balcony or terrace. The rates are based on the exclusive use of the chalet and include the services of the chalet management, the daily continental breakfast and the housekeeping service as well as the in-house service of the driver. No travel is included.
