This former village schoolhouse has been transformed into a grand Savoyard residence spread across three floors, covering 320 m². Following its renovation, it maintains a traditional townhouse aesthetic whilst accommodating up to 14 guests within its seven bedrooms. The ground level features a spacious living area with a U-shaped sofa, thoughtfully arranged to encourage social interaction. Contemporary in design, the room benefits from abundant natural light streaming through large latticed windows. A central fireplace serves as a divider between the living space and the dining area with kitchen, providing warmth throughout the winter season. The dining space exudes contemporary elegance, featuring a sophisticated black, white, and wood colour scheme that enhances the open-plan layout. The generously sized dining table accommodates large groups comfortably, while the kitchen resembles a demonstration space where guests can observe their professional chef or designated cook prepare exquisite evening meals. A fashionable bar area sits just behind the dining table, allowing guests to mix their own beverages. Entry to Le Marti is through a courtyard, featuring a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating, offering a sense of seclusion from the surrounding area. An outdoor hot tub provides the perfect spot for private post-skiing relaxation. Steps lead down to the ski storage room and a wellness area with sauna, ideal for soothing tired muscles after a day's skiing. The chalet's upper two floors house seven en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Designed with sophistication and comfort in mind, six rooms offer flexible double or twin arrangements, suitable for various group compositions. One bedroom remains a fixed double. The first-floor TV room can be converted into an additional double bedroom for two extra guests. Two main bedrooms feature mezzanine beds, though these have limited space and require climbing a steep ladder. For enhanced convenience, a lift provides access to three floors of the chalet, though it's worth noting that it doesn't extend to the lower ground floor where the ski room and wellness area are situated. Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes full gourmet catering, open drinks bar, and daily housekeeping.
