The spectacular Chalet Marmottière, 1 500 m2 home, spanning two chalets, is the pinnacle of luxury living in Verbier. Chalet Marmottière has all the services you've ever dreamed of, plus more. The chalet is situated in the exclusive enclave of Les Esserts, just a six-minute drive from the center of the village. The Le Rouge piste and the novice nursery slopes are less than 100 meters from the chalet. Savoleyres is only a two-minute drive from the chalet, and it takes four minutes to get to Medran.
The main chalet houses a spacious split-level, double-height open plan living and dining room with a fireplace and a big TV. Sliding doors open onto a balcony with mountain views. There's also a separate service kitchen as well as an office on this level if you need to catch up on work. There is a large professional kitchen on the ground floor. The second open plan kitchen, living room, and dining area are situated on the first floor of the second chalet.
You're not going to be low of fun at Chalet Marmottière with a whole floor of entertainment of sale. Anyone with a competitive spirit will go to any number of rooms to compete with each other. Challenge each other in the bowling alley while drinking drinks from the pub, or taking each other to the pool area. If you want more cards, go to the poker room with a panoramic wine cellar. There is also a gaming room with Xbox consoles, a foosball table, and a 3D movie room with tiled seats and a Dolby Atmos sound system.
The chalet also has an excellent spa complete with a 17 m indoor swimming pool, soothing daybeds, a hot tub, a sauna, a hammam, a steam room, and a well-equipped gym. There is a ski storage area and a meeting space if any business company wishes to rent a chalet.
The Chalet Marmottière can accommodate up to 18 guests in nine suites. Two beautiful master suites with spacious fireplaces, state-of-the-art entertainment systems, walk-in closets, and minimal sleeping rooms are situated on the first floor of the main chalet. Both suites have small balconies with views of the mountains. An additional four en-suite bedrooms can be found on the first floor of the main chalet. There are three more en-suite bedrooms in the second chalet. Many services include a garage and a laundry area.
