The open plan kitchen to your left has all contemporary equipment and a breakfast bar. There is a convenient nearby W.C. from the living area, as well as a separate TV room across the hallway with a comfortable double couch bed and its own shower room. Once the children are sleeping downstairs, the dining nook next to the open kitchen can easily seat 8 guests. On sunny mornings, sip your coffee on the furnished terrace before heading up the mountain for a day on the slopes, after obtaining your gear and warm, heated boots from the huge ski room downstairs. The Medran lift is only a 4-minute drive away, while the vibrant core of town is only a 12-minute walk away. Here you may browse the high-end boutiques or take a night off from cooking to sample some of the alpine culinary pleasures available in the local restaurants. The chalet's main bedroom is on the top level, with a vaulted ceiling and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that imitate the shadows of the mountain peaks that you'll wake up to in the comfortable king size bed. There is plenty of closet space, and one corner of the bedroom serves as an office, with a desk overlooking the wonderful vista. There is also a comfy three-seater sofa, which creates a cosy lounging zone. This area features a Sonos system, allowing you to establish the ideal ambience at any time of day. Nature is brought in once again with a large skylight above the bath in the stunning en-suite, which has sleek ceramic and slate finishes and soft lighting. Across the landing is the second double bedroom, which has warm oak finishes and a generously sized en-suite with a bathtub to relax in and a huge mirrored closet above the sink; a feature that can be found in all of the property's bathrooms. The rooms on the ground floor all have blackout curtains that cover glass doors that go out to the terrace and private walled garden. This floor's first double room has its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom on this floor is a bunk room, ideal for kids, with a separate shower room just down the hall. On this floor, in addition to the ski room, which has its own door, there is a quiet utility space with a washing machine and dryer. Two outdoor parking places are available a short walk away.
