The top floor is dedicated to the main living space, creating a wonderful sense of openness beneath high vaulted ceilings. A stylish lounge is centred around a feature fireplace, providing a cosy focal point for evenings together, while the adjoining dining area comfortably seats ten guests.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, making it easy to prepare relaxed meals throughout your stay. Large windows draw in plenty of natural light while framing beautiful views of the Matterhorn and surrounding peaks. These views can also be enjoyed from the spacious balcony, an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an aperitif as the mountains change throughout the day.
A private cinema room offers another inviting space to spend time together. Whether settling in for a film after a day on the slopes or simply enjoying some downtime away from the main living area, it adds an entertaining dimension to the chalet.
The five bedrooms are arranged across the three lower floors and can accommodate up to ten guests. Each bedroom can be configured as either a double or twin, offering flexibility for families, groups of friends or corporate retreats. Soft neutral tones, comfortable beds and warm carpeting create calm and inviting private spaces, while each bedroom benefits from either an en-suite bathroom or a private shower room located just across the landing.
One of Dufourspitz Lodge's defining features is its extensive shared wellness area, located in the basement of the building. At its heart is an indoor swimming pool with swim jets, an especially unusual amenity in Zermatt's luxury accommodation. After skiing, guests can unwind in the relaxation area, enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi, or make use of the sauna and steam room. A dedicated massage room is available for treatments, while a compact fitness room provides the opportunity to keep active during your stay.
The building is equipped with lift access to all floors, ensuring convenient access throughout the property.
