    Haus Leytron

    Located in Zermatt, the duplex apartment Haus Leytron was beautifully appointed with a combination of new, streamlined, and more traditional Swiss Alpine luxury. The ground floor presents a stunning and comfortable open plan living space with a double-height dining room and a piano. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light, and a huge stone fireplace makes the room warm and ideal for relaxed evenings after dinner on sofas with luxury textiles. The windows overlook the lovely village of Zermatt, with the dramatic Matterhorn in the background. There is a professionally fitted kitchen with a dining room, which leads out onto a terrace providing spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The ground floor is now home to a children's bunk room with four bunk beds and a separate shower room and a bathroom. A beautiful staircase takes you to the first floor overlooking the dining room and the rest of the sleeping space. The corridor offers a desk room and spectacular views through the floor to the ceiling windows. There are three wonderful bedrooms here. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and a steam sauna. It's a luxurious space with beautiful textiles, a TV and a lovely balcony. There are two more bedrooms with double/twin beds and two more en-suite bathrooms. Every bathroom has a soaking bath for a busy day of skiing. Again, these rooms have wide floor-to-ceiling windows, spectacular views and balconies. Haus Leytron is the dream family house, ideally located in one of the most prestigious places in Zermatt. Price is focused on the sole use of the chalet on a self-catering basis.
