This contemporary rural home includes 8 en suite bedrooms, a big heated pool, a pétanque court, an outdoor theatre, a private gym, a conference room and breathtaking views.
The house was intended as an artist's retreat, with an interaction of art, nature, decorating, and architecture. Art may be seen throughout the house, ranging from a showcase of emerging talent to a spectacular hand-painted mural. The interiors have been tastefully adorned and equipped with a perfect combination of modern furniture, organic materials, and a whimsical, subdued color scheme. The villa has eight suites spread across three buildings. The main home has four bedrooms, two separate bedrooms carved into the rock, and two more en suite bedrooms in a second guest house (including the bedroom with 2 single beds). The living rooms are spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a wide circular sofa, library, bar, and two wine cellars.
The garden is a beautiful green paradise that is huge in size, providing visitors with complete seclusion. The grounds, which are dotted with olive and cypress trees, include a pétanque court, an open air theatre and cinema, and a game area with a foosball and ping pong table. The outdoor living and eating space is ideal for entertaining. The heated saltwater pool is adjacent to the dining area and overlooks the hamlet and the stunning craggy cliffs.
During their stay, guests may use the free Garia golf cart and electric Méhari. There is also a curated mini-bar with a variety of drinks and luxury items for sale.
