Nidus Apartment 1

Nidus Apartment 1 is the perfect base for a small family or a group of friends who are enthusiastic skiers, in Lech. The apartment is minimalist and minimal in style, giving it a spacious, peaceful environment.

The front door opens into the open-plan living room. There is a professionally fitted kitchen on the left and the hallway opens to a beautifully lit and neutrally furnished living and dining room. The dining table comfortably accommodates six people and the living room has a sumptuous, striking sofa that gives the space a vivid feel. There is a TV for cozy nights in and out of the room with access to the ceiling glass door. At the far end of the corridor, there is an elegant master bedroom with exclusive entry to the outdoor terrace area through the wide glass doors.

Next is a children’s bunk room with two generously sized bunk beds, a TV and plenty of storage. Only off the living area is another double bedroom with a spacious king size bed. There is also a guest toilet and a shower, wonderfully finished and complete with a big spa, sublime for a post-ski soak.

Guests have access to a wonderful communal ski space with heated boot heaters.

The fee is for the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests on a self-catering basis, including regular housekeeping.
