Leading up the traditional metal stairs from the main lobby, you are welcomed with a spectacular 100m2 living and dining space constructed in a distinctive Art Deco style, with every detail of the room and item of furniture meticulously chosen in keeping with the apartment's aesthetic. Guests may sit on the sofas surrounding the fireplace or, for a more relaxing atmosphere, on leather loungers with a glass of bubbly in one hand and a book in the other, gazing out the sliding doors at the wonderful mountain views. When you go outdoors, you are greeted by a 135m2 roof terrace with breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the Mont Blanc mountains range. Standing here, it's easy to forget you're in the heart of Chamonix.
Penthouse Le Lustre's dining space is ideal for families, with one table seating up to 8 people and another table seating 4 visitors, allowing parents and children to dine apart and engage in alternate conversations while enjoying the cuisine cooked by your professional chef. The semi-professional kitchen of Le Lustre is separate from the eating area.
There are various locations for groups to rest in addition to the vast living area, one of which is the massage room on the ground level. Guests may enjoy a range of treatments performed by a highly qualified therapist here. Back upstairs, there is a bar area and a separate TV room. While the kids may want to watch a blockbuster movie on the large screen, the parents may prefer to relax with a beverage or two in the chic bar.
Each of the four spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate up to ten guests, is located on the ground level. Three of these rooms have king-sized beds, while the fourth is a bunk room for four visitors, great for children. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite shower room with exceedingly high-quality fixtures and equipment. One of the double/twin rooms includes a separate bath in the bedroom, while another has a huge dressing space.
This penthouse apartment provides lift access to the two levels, as well as two outdoor parking spots and a private garage about a three-minute walk away.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests, which includes full gourmet chalet cooking and chosen complementary beverages.
This chalet is also available for self-catering with daily housekeeping.
