Penthouse Treize Etoiles is one of Verbier's most spacious penthouse apartments available for sale. Having been designed by one of Verbier's most famous architects, attention to detail is at its best. Enter the chalet by private lift from the entrance level, which brings you right into the open plan living room with stunningly high ceilings, vintage leather seats, sumptuous sofas, a roaring fireplace, and a strikingly chic wooden dining table. By daytime, sunshine travels through the floor to the ceiling, with double-height windows opening onto wide south-facing balcony overlooking the valley. The chalet is packed with state-of-the-art technology; the Apple Mac machine and the Sonos music system are attached to each room, and each bedroom has a plasma TV screen. The upstairs mezzanine level is a cosy snug with a wide plasma screen, a DVD player and a library, or a more energetic Nintendo Wii game. The five uniquely built bedrooms have an eclectic combination of antique pine and cool contemporary features. With two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and one bunk bedroom, the cottage can comfortably sleep between 10 and 12 guests. The master bedroom is especially unusual, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains behind it. The bunk room has a toy cupboard and a DVD player for youngsters, giving them the ultimate hideaway. After a long day on the slopes, visitors will enjoy freshly baked afternoon tea and enjoy the many luxuries of the chalet; whether it's a private hot tub or a sauna and hammam (Turkish bath) on the ground floor of the apartment (shared with another apartment in the building). We still have another beautiful apartment in the same building if two big parties wish to move together. The combination of the Penthouse Treize Etoiles and the Apartment Silver allows you to sleep up to a limit of 20 guests nearby. Price based on exclusive use of the chalet for 8 people and includes full catering, complimentary drinks, and 24-hour in-resort driver service. No travel is included.
