Sa Punta de s'Aguila is located in Son Bunyola, a private, agricultural 700-acre estate on Mallorca's northwestern coast. The estate's focal point is a massive, currently unused finca that dates back to the mid-1700s and is surrounded by traditional terraces of vines, citrus fruit, almond, and olive trees.
Sa Punta de s'Aguila, which translates to Eagle's Point, is one of three lovely villas that provides full board, party-friendly accommodation for up to ten guests.
This honey-coloured stone property was built in the traditional Mallorcan finca style, with traditional shutters, Mediterranean style roof tiles, warm terracotta tiles, and exposed wooden beams. The interiors are a perfect combination of rustic charm and understated elegance, with neutral color schemes and french doors that open onto a series of terraces overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside.
The lovely light-filled living room has sofas arranged around a feature fireplace and three sets of French doors that lead out onto a vast furnished living terrace with sea views. A separate dining room leads out to a covered dining terrace with gas and wood grills. The finca-style kitchen is fully fitted and has a walk-in larder and a private side entrance.
The bedrooms' decor is consistent with the rest of the villa, resulting in rooms that are restful, comfortable, and welcoming. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom, safe, and Bose speakers.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level, just off the living room, and features a king-size bed, fireplace, private terrace with a view of the pool, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
There are four double bedrooms on the lower level, each with a king-size/twin bed option for flexible sleeping arrangements. Private terraces with pool views and private en-suite shower rooms are available in three of the suites. The fourth room is wider and has a private terrace, a lounge area with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as space for an additional bed, and an en-suite toilet with a bath and a shower.
Stone steps wind their way down through the terraced gardens to the 90m2 saltwater pool, sun terraces, outdoor bar, cushion-lined chill-out area, and gardens with hammocks strung between the trees.
All bedrooms at Sa Punta de S'Aguila have air conditioning, and the communal areas have ceiling fans. Wifi is available everywhere, as well as Sky TV and a Sonos sound system in the indoor and outdoor communal areas.
Parking for three cars is available in front of the villa, with space for up to 20 vehicles further up the hill. Laundry machines, table tennis, and use of a shared tennis court are available. Tennis lessons can also be organised for an extra fee.

The beach of Son Bunyola is about a 15-minute walk away. Banyalbufer, the closest village, is 10 minutes away by car along the scenic coast road, and Palma is 35 minutes away.
