The open-plan living area's contemporary decor are both stylish and comfortable. Large sofas enable your party to unwind in luxury, whether staring out the terrace windows at the waterfront or enjoying the fire blazing in front of them.
This home has smartly used its space, with a stylish open-plan kitchen with elevated seating area that doubles as an informal indoor dining room. However, we can be certain that the majority of meals will be consumed in the outdoor kitchen. The covered terrace and huge dining table welcome you as your company gathers for meals. It is especially great for hosting frequent BBQs, which are essential throughout the summer!
For pre-dinner beverages, the rooftop terrace, which has a huge lounge and bar area, is ideal. Your party may relax beneath the stars and dazzling lights in your own little hideaway entertainment area. There's also a pétanque court nearby where you may engage in friendly rivalry throughout your stay. Alternatively, take use of the property's garden, which features plenty of seats and loungers. This home is meant to be enjoyed in complete comfort throughout the day, while also taking advantage of its picturesque surroundings.
In addition to its unusual architecture, Villa My World is notable for its outdoor swimming pool (5m x 3.5m), which allows you to relax and cool down on hot summer days. That is, if the beach and Mediterranean Sea are not beckoning to you! The second striking feature of this fantastic house is the 40m private mooring, which allows you to explore the surrounding crystal blue seas of the French Riviera by boat.
Villa My World features five double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. The bedrooms are spread across three floors of the home and have been designed in soothing tones with modern furnishings. There is one double bedroom on the ground level, which has its own private terrace. On the upper floor, there are two further rooms with a patio or balcony. The upper floor has one double bedroom, followed by a family suite. The family suite may be configured as a double or twin bedroom, and a ladder leads up to a concealed mezzanine with three more single beds. Because of the steep approach, it is not suited for tiny children, but any teenagers in your company could like it!
The villa has an elevator to all floors, laundry facilities, and air conditioning throughout the villa.
