Villa Pointe Milou

The renowned local architect Francois Pecard was the genius behind Villa Pointe Milou a recently developed property on the wild northeast coast of the island. Luxury villa rental is airy and comfortable to move in. It’s true to the spirit of St. Barth and the Caribbean lifestyle.

In view of its promontory in the line of villas above the Christopher Hotel, Villa Pointe Milou has stunning views of the harbour. The hotel, with its restaurants, spa and other facilities, is within walking distance of the villa.

The four of the bedrooms are spacious, making the villa a great destination for extended families with adult children or groups of friends travelling together. Three of the bedrooms are in self-contained pavilions on the upper floor, both inside and outside. Which is on the left side of the central living room, and the other is on the right side. These two can be linked together.

These three bedrooms are about the same. Either one has a king bed or two twins that can be pushed together to make a king. They all have private toilets and rain baths.

The fourth bedroom is located downstairs next to the tiny exercise suite. The former has a king bed and a private terrace. The latter has a Peloton Bike, which provides a variety of possibilities for working out.

The key living area is the air-conditioned main office. It has a living room with a long sofa and a well-equipped kitchen with a wide island, which also acts as a breakfast bar. The TV, which has a U.S. satellite and an Apple TV, will rotate between the living room and the kitchen. The sound system of Sonos holds the music playing in the main room.

Outside, a huge heated swimming pool begins to soften into the ocean below. The deck stretches the entire length of the villa, with designated dining and relaxation areas.
