Mille Sabords is the best Italian restaurant in Courchevel (1850)

Mille Sabords is the only Italian restaurant on the slopes in Courchevel. It’s completely unique, with a menu featuring transalpine and Italian foods. The truffle risotto and Milanese veal are must-order items, as is their legendary Cognac flambéed penne served in a Parmesan cheese wheel. The elegant Maison Tournier brand owns the interior, which honours life beneath the sea while being totally relevant to living hundreds of metres above the sea bottom.

This tiny restaurant, located at the famed K2 Palace Hotel, is led by Jean-Rémi Caillon, who elevates local, refined, and seasonal goods to new heights.
