Chalet 1855 is a spectacular freshly built chalet that makes a dramatic debut into the Val d'Isère landscape and is sure to create an impact. This luxury chalet, hidden in the private neighbourhood of "Le Bosset," accommodates 8+4 guests across five levels and is only a few minutes from both the main lift station and the town centre. Chalet 1855 is immediately connected to the nearby Chalet 1850. The main living room on the top floor receives plenty of natural light during the day, thanks to the chalet's high double-vaulted ceilings, wide floor-to-ceiling windows, and triple north, west, and south-facing orientation. As the sun goes down, settle into the comforting sofas, enhanced with furs and luxury furniture, and bask in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. A spectacular dining table seats ten and views the mountains, its atmosphere accentuated by the mellow glow of dusk light. The fully furnished open-plan kitchen, which is smoothly incorporated with an island, contributes to the friendly atmosphere of this room. Moving down, the third level displays a double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, including a separate shower and television. This level is completed with two further double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower rooms and TVs, as well as a guest toilet. The bedrooms, built with a moderate colour palette and strong wood details, provide an alpine-chic chalet feel. The second level is dedicated to the leisure area, with a fully equipped spa that includes an indoor hot tub, sauna, hammam, and an indoor swimming pool. A massage room is ready for restorative in-house treatments. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and TV rounds off this floor's sumptuous features. On the first floor, you'll find a lovely quad bunk bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, twin sinks, and a separate shower; Please keep in mind that this bedroom has no windows or natural light. This level also has a specialised cinema room with a bar for comfortable movie evenings, as well as a laundry room, office and a cosy TV room. Finally, the bottom level holds the boot room and offers entrance to a shared garage with parking for one car, as well as an outdoor parking spot.
