The beautiful Chalet Machapuchare is an entertaining and outstanding private residence in
Val d'Isère. The finish and level of craftsmanship in the chalet is second to none, and every piece has been deliberately chosen to create a soothing and comfortable environment. Sleeping 14 guests in 7 bedrooms, this is the ultimate mountain retreat for families and relatives.
You join the chalet in the lower ground level, from a shared garage. There's even a private ski room on this floor, and there's plenty of room to store your skis and boots. You should take the stairs or the elevator to the next floor, where you'll find anything you may like for an evening of relaxing and entertainment. The impressive spa features an enclosed swimming pool with a counter-current mechanism, a gym, a hammam and a massage area. There is also a cinema space with large sofas. One of the double bedrooms with en-suite shower space is on this floor and there is also pedestrian access via a shared entrance corridor.
Up to the first floor, you can see a further three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and a family suite with a double bedroom and a single bedroom, sharing a wide en-suite shower room.
On the second level is the open plan living and dining room with double-height ceilings and wide windows. Via the sliding glass doors, you can find a comfortable balcony with some of the best views in Val d'Isere that you can appreciate from the wide sofas with a cocktail from the bar. You can even enter the private garden from this floor where you'll find the outdoor hot tub, the best place to relax your achy legs after a long day in the mountains.
The two master bedrooms are on the top floor, each with en-suite baths and separate showers.
Chalet Machapuchare is right next to
Chalet O' Valala and you can walk between the chalets without going outside. This makes the two properties perfect for two groups.
The rates are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for 14 adults, with a full gourmet catering operation, an open bar and an in-house driver's service. 2 additional children may be accommodated on request.
