This contemporary property, which sleeps up to 10 people in four bedrooms, is full of character and is a fantastic hideaway for a ski-loving family or a group of friends. The property is entered on the second level, where there is a huge, open-plan living room. Grand Pre 2 is a pleasant and inviting lounge space with a wood burning fireplace that adjoins a bar, kitchen, and dining space, providing a perfect spot for dining and relaxing together. The enormous, full-height windows provide superb views across the Manchet Valley and up towards the often-illuminated slope of the Face de Bellevarde. A huge, contemporary hardwood table seats up to 10 people in the dining area, which is located opposite the living room. The modern kitchen is well equipped for any enthusiastic cook, with lots of space for food preparation and a raised bar with high chairs. Down the stairs to the first floor level, you'll find four well-appointed bedrooms that can accommodate up to ten people. The first bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower and a separate toilet. The master double bedroom is the largest and most spacious, with a desk and chair as well as a huge bathroom with a separate shower. The fourth bedroom is a quad bunk room that can accommodate up to four people on adult-sized beds. This bedroom features an en-suite shower room and a dedicated WC placed adjacent to the room for visitors staying here. Guests sleeping at Grand Pré 2 have access to the spa area of the residence, which is dominated by a heated swimming pool with an infinite stream and a subterranean jet spa. This calm area is completed by a sauna, which is ideal for relaxing fatigued, ski-weary muscles. The apartment has its own laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer. Guests can also use the ski room, which has private ski lockers. The building's lowest level is occupied by a large parking garage with two designated parking spaces with electric vehicle charging points.
