Grand Pré 4 is located on the building's third floor, and when entering, you are lured into the sparkling open plan living room. The double height ceilings and large windows that flood the area with natural light provide a magnificent sense of spaciousness. The stylish and comfortable sitting space, complete with a centrepiece fireplace, is the ideal spot to unwind and take in the views. The living space leads into the spacious dining room, which accommodates up to eight people. A sleek contemporary kitchen, fully prepared for catering, watches over this space. A wooden stairway leads to a cosy mezzanine level with a library. Step through the glass doors onto the balcony to sip a drink of bubbly while watching the sun set over the Bellevarde mountain that overlooks the property. The first of the double bedrooms with en-suite shower room is located on the main living floor. A small staircase leads to the second level, where there are two elegantly furnished bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The bedrooms are both extremely big, and one of them opens out to a tiny private terrace with spectacular views of the south. The magnificent master bedroom is located on the penthouse's top level and has high vaulted ceilings, a private terrace, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower-hammam. The apartment is one of four that share an elegant spa space on the first level of the building, which is dominated by a heated swimming pool. This calm environment is complete with an indoor hot tub and a sauna, ideal for relaxing tired, ski-weary muscles. There is a huge ski and boot room opposite the penthouse door, with enough space for all of your ski gear and equipment. You will also discover your own laundry facilities in the penthouse, for added convenience. The building's lowest level is occupied by a large parking garage with two designated parking spaces with electric vehicle charging points. Prices are based on the property's sole usage on a self-catered basis, which includes daily housekeeping. This facility is also offered as a bed & breakfast, with a daily continental breakfast menu.
