With stylish finishes to vibrant designer accessories, the '70s-inspired trendy luxury vacation rental can make you feel like a hot-weather holiday star. Thanks to its hillside position just outside La Croix-Valmer, the ten-bedroom house offers views of the vineyards and the farmland to the west.
The peaceful, private lot of the villa was groomed with green lawns, manicured gardens, and whimsical sculptures. The main building looks out over the Mediterranean Sea over a lawn filled with beach chairs and an enclosed swimming pool and bathtub. When you're out in the sunlight of the Riviera, then pour a bottle of wine to drink in the comfort of the al-fresco dining area while you cook up the grill for dinner. During the evenings, you will see the stars come out of the second-floor terrace or catch a movie during the home theater.
The influenced combination of textures and colors gives the interior of Villa Parow its own vivid personality. The wide space is occupied by a double-sided stone fireplace and is lined with colorful items such as a mint-green velvet couch, candy-colored accent pillows, gold-framed bookcases, and matching dining chairs with ocean-blue pillows. The fully-equipped kitchen exhibits a more streamlined yet similarly attractive approach, with smoked glass concealing the vent hood and flat-fronted cabinets.
In addition to the main house, there are three separate apartments in Villa Parow; all three apartments have fully equipped kitchens and all ten bedrooms have king-size beds. The main house has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two with shared bathrooms, the first two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the second two bedrooms with shared bathrooms. The third flat, which could be used as a honeymoon suite within the house, has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The closest town to Villa Parow is La Croix-Valmer, whose stores and restaurants are only a 10-minute walk away. When you're traveling with your kids, you will appreciate visiting smaller seaside towns such as Gigaro, Cavalaire-Sur-Mer, Ramatuelle, and Port Grimaud. Otherwise, go directly to the Saint-Tropez glitz, 12 km north. There are six beaches within 13 km of the villa, as well as a golf course just under 14 km north. At the end of your stay, take a 16 km drive to La Môle-Saint Tropez Airport or 108 km drive to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
