The house is made up of a series of various sized blocks that are oriented toward the seascape, combining the island's architectural vernacular and the concepts of modern minimalism.
The generous outdoor areas are characterized by manicured patches of greenery and free-standing walls that are strategically placed to protect the outdoor areas from the winds while still allowing them to be exposed to the magnificent sea-views. There are lounge and dining areas outside, as well as an outdoor BBQ and an infinity pool with views of the Aegean.
The interiors reflect the structure's crisp, sleek lines and less-is-more philosophy. The subdued palette, mind-calming swaths of empty space, and bare walls serve as a neutral backdrop for the soothing blue hues of the sea and sky that filter in through the windows.
The living room is light and airy, with large glass doors that make it feel like it's an extension of the terrace. Natural materials complement the neutral palette and create a calm, cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms have a monochromatic, all-white colour scheme and huge openings that give the impression of being outside even when you're in bed. The home is divided into two parts to provide more privacy: the main house and a two-bedroom guest house.
