La Vague d’Or *** – Cheval Blanc St-Tropez

Arnaud Donckele, a Normandy native, offers a loving tribute to the Mediterranean while never forgetting his roots. He composes an inventive and difficult score, illustrated by exciting pairings, in a magnificent hotel enclosed by pine woods and facing the sea. Résidence de la Pinède – Plage de la Bouillabaisse BP105 – 83990 Saint-Tropez

Colette fell in love with Saint-Tropez and purchased a little property next to the Hôtel de Sezz and its restaurant, thus the name of the institution. Philippe Colinet (former chef of the great restaurant La Bastide of St-Tropez) signs a pared-down, mostly vegetarian soundtrack that pays homage to Mediterranean flavors and vegetables.

Le BanH Hoï

The décor is excellent: muted lighting, black lacquered walls and ceiling, and stylized buddhas create the tone for delectable fragrant Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Despite terraces on a winding alley that now extend as far as the gorgeous paved plaza, this business is often busy, therefore we recommend making a reservation.

Jardin Tropézina

Part of the luxurious group Airelles, this verdant Mediterranean garden-terrace, rich in trees and bushes, is idyllically placed on the fabled Pampelonne beach. A stunning setting facing the Mediterranean, accompanied by a substantial, gourmet cuisine with superb seafood and meat, as well as regional vegetables.

Le Tigrr

It may be seen in the distance from the Place des Lices, positioned on the Citadel’s hill. With its white and green front, this former family property from the nineteenth century today houses the Ermitage hotel. As you enter the gloomy passage, it’s impossible to think you’re on your way to one of Saint-most Tropez’s magnificent terraces. Overlooking the hamlet, the bar-restaurant Le TIGrr, whose idea is also utilized in Megève and Gordes, gives a panoramic view of the port and the gulf, and is one of our favorite places to drink a cocktail while watching the sunset. A selection of Asian appetizers (dim sums, sushi, spring rolls…) are available to complement Spritz, Mojito, and other cocktails.

Matsuhisa – Chateau de la Messardière

Discover the splendor of pan-Asian cuisine while admiring the views of Pampelonne Bay. On our panoramic patio, the new restaurant takes center stage, bringing you to the Far East. The international idea is chic and stylish, and it is sure to spice up any summer evening.
