Well-located for experienced skiers, Chalet Le Rocher is only 100 meters from the Cospillot piste and a short walk from the middle of Courchevel 1850. The 600m2 luxury chalet is spread on five floors, with the main living space on the first floor. The property can host up to ten guests in five beautifully furnished bedrooms.
The open plan living room, with its vaulted ceilings and minimalist architecture, is situated on the first floor of the chalet. Two sofas are set around a fireplace and a big flat-screen Television, offering the ideal environment to relax after a long day on the slopes. There is a spacious seating room with sliding doors leading onto the terrace. There is a semi-open kitchen for visitors to use, as well as a professional kitchen.
Three double bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the chalet. We also have en-suite bathrooms and access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms (master suites) are found on the second floor. All have balconies with mountain views, while one has an office/dressing room and a couch.
The spa section of Chalet Le Rocher is surely not going to disappoint. There you can find an enclosed swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna, an Italian outdoor tub and a relaxation area. You can end your evening with a drink or two in the cinema room-cum-night club/bar area. There are also a ski room, a laundry and a garage.
Price is for the exclusive use of the chalet to include a professional chef for 8 hours per day and daily driver service. The cost of food and alcohol is an additional cost.
