Chalet les Marmottes is located in the Jaillet area of Megève, close to the village center and 300m from Le Jaillet cable car. The location is ideal to satisfy sportspeople and city dwellers.
The 450m2 chalet can accommodate comfortably up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The main living area is on the top floor of the chalet, under the roof with high wooden ceilings. The large and cozy area is composed of a lounge area with a fireplace, a dining area, a reading area and a semi-open kitchen. This space opens to a large balcony. There is also a mezzanine with a desk office and a saloon.
The ground floor welcomes 4 of the bedrooms and the leisure area with an indoor swimming pool with a counter-current system and a hammam.
The chalet is to be rented on a self-catered basis.
